36 before erection of main plant of Paksaudi Fertilizer.

for Pre-fabrication and erection of plant piping of ammonia/urea
plant
at Mirpur Mathelo, including welding, erection of Boiler, Furnace
and utilities piping, during
the construction of Paksaudi Fertilizer Ltd. in
association with the
consortium of M/s. MAB-INVENTAญMAN.

Annual
plant maintenance and modification jobs during turnarounds
since 1985. We were specially
awarded the contract for replacement
of bends of auxiliary boilers
which involved gas cutting of old
bends, fabrication/welding of
new bends and Hydro Pressure Testing of
Boiler during turnarounds in
1987 and 1989 including insulation and
refractory works.
1.4 Repair
of coat wrap of gas line at different points between Man Gas Field
to
PSFL premises about nine kilometer long and 16 diameter.
1.5 During September
October 1991 plant turnaround following major
Fabrication,
Welding and Mechanical jobs were successfully executed by
us:

Reinforcement
by means of padding/welding of
damaged portion of 120
meters high BLOW DOWN VENT
STACK
ME-121 0 40 at elevation ranging from 20 meters to
100 meters
using specially fabricated
lift by ourselves including designing and
abrication of special winch
cradle at the top of area, removal,
prefabrication, welding and
erection of all damaged pipelines of 0 8,lO
and 12 connecting
to main blow down, their reญfabrication, erection
and
welding.
1.5.2 Repair
of internal S.S. lining and sieve trays of Urea Reactor
R-101
including grinding of 32 circumferential welds of ุ 2.31 meter
each and
longitudinal welds of this vessel having 45 meter height
to remove the
contaminated welding
and re-welding of all grinded
circumferential/longitudinal seams.
1.5.3 Removal
of damaged internal lining and cutting, rolling fabrication and
welding of new Al SI 31
6L internal lining sheets of columns Cญ101,
C-102,
repair of V-lOS Vessel which involved cutting, fabrication
and
welding
of two 33 mm thick. hemispherical heads which were 100%
radiographed.
1.5.4
Repair
of Ben field solution regenerator C-301 and absorber C-302.
1.5.5 Replacement
of fixed tube bundle of waste heat boiler, E-208A at
Paksaudi
Fertilizer, Mirpur Mathelo during the year 1997.
1.5.6 Replacement
of Primary Reformer Tubes (Fญ201). JIA000 had
successfully
completed the replacement of 80 Nos. of Primary Reformer
Tubes in 1995 and the balance 80 Tubes in 1999.
1.5.7 Replacement
of EVAPORATER RISER Tube Bends of Boiler B-602:
Replacement of
complete set of 76 Nos. Evaporator Riser Tube and
Bends were
carried by us. The job scope were cutting of Tubes and
Bends prefabrication and welding of New Bends with 100%

2.1
Fabrication,
erection and welding of storage tanks such as T-1101, liquid
ammonia storage tank T-650 diesel storage tank, T-901 dim-increalized water tank, T-902 dami water tank,
reactivator,
beneficial solution storage tank and F-201 Furnace stack during
construction of this ammonia urea complex.
2.2
Services
for prefabrication and erection of plant piping diameter ranging
from 1to 60 including erection of structure etc. in
association with M/s. Aquater Sp.a. (an Italian concern) during
installation of this fertilizer plant.
2.3
We are registered Mechanical Contractors and have been
executing
mechanical
Maintenance, Modification and Welding jobs during all
annual turnarounds
of the said plant since its coming into production
from 1982-83.
2.4
Provided services for Welding jobs on structure and
piping using
electric and
Argon welding techniques as per approved welds
procedure during
the years 1998 to 2002.
